If the profile or art that I purchased was from a user that is now frozen

A) am I still allowed to use it? B) do I leave up credit that leads to a frozen profile? C) are there any other guidelines I should know?

I tried clicking through FAQs in the art/graphics forum and here. I hope this is the correct forum to use?

As far as I know and this is based off seeing it happen a couple times in the near four and a half years I've been here...

1. Yes.
2. Yes.
3. Just maintain normal courtesy towards the user, even if they are frozen. That means proper credit.
