Hi! 😊 so this Lumi I have gotten lots of gifts ❤️ But I can't collect them. I've tried everything, and nothing seems to work. When I click on my Christmas tree in my profile it just gives me an error, and I even tried going into the page where you put ornaments on your tree, but nothing worked. I honestly don't remember how I collected them last year 😅 could someone please help? Thanks and happy Luminare!! 🌲

On christmas everyone's gifts are opened automatically, you'll get events in your sidebar.

The trees are "released" (which means you'll get your gifts) on December 25th whenever the staff is ready.Could be noon, after diner .. etc by Subeta Time. You can't collect them yourself.
