I've been a member for nearly six years, which means I should have claimed 3 loyalty boxes already. I think I got the first 2 but can't seem to get the last one? I'm not QUITE sure I didn't get it already. But just in case, how do I do it? I got a GA medal when I went to Preferences. Do I get that instead of the Loyalty Box? Because I wanted the Box. ):

Is there some special step I have to take to claim my Loyalty Box, short of filing a ticket? Some area I missed?
