I can't remember but how can one obtain either:

Xoti, Neela, or Noktoa ?

Is it possible to zap your pet into one?

You can get the Xotl and Noktoa from the zapper. Not 100% sure about the Neela, pretty sure you can but it's a very, very slim chance.

Looks like Neela is CS only. The other two should be zap or elixir possible.

I don't think there are any restrictions for the zappers, but I don't use them so I'm not 100% sure on that. However there are also elixirs for all three pets, the Neela elixirs are always available in the Cash Shop (or you can create a Neela there for the same price, 250 CSC)

Also, Neelas are possible to get from zapping. Rare but possible. I've seen a few people in the zapping boards get one that way.

If you go to your pet page and then to "create a pet" and go to the last page you can get a Xotl and a Noktoa from there.

I had a neela from the pet zapper. so they're for sure zappable.
