I only really found it necessary just now when I wanted to give my HA some glasses. I could just add another ooh la layers, but I already have 1 (I know they're cheap enough). Then there is the extra one with a gold account but I still think it would be a good idea, especially with all the facial HA items like eyes, make up etc that might make up most of the facial layer.

We have a hat layer after all.

And I understand how difficult it must be to re-categorize some of the items like the glasses and masks. And that the time and effort could be spent on something else more important.

I don't think this is really necesary. An extra layer is only 75k, and I really just don't see most people needing more than six, especially if one of those layers is something that could be considered an accessory.

Granted, I'm using all six of my layers now. But I don't personally think makeup should be considered an accessory, so it wouldn't cut down on my face layers to split them up anyway. If you're using glasses, you can probably get by without as much makeup simply because it's more hidden. If you're wearing a mask, I really don't think you need the extra room simply because the mask is going to hide a big chunk of your face.

I can see why we as users would want this but I can't see why staff would necessarily give it to us for the above reasons.

The Head layer alone is a hot mess (wigs, fascinators, bows, barrettes, etc).
