So there aren't really any current existing cults that would fit me, that I know of, and I was going to go create a new cult, but it said the site wasn't accepting any new cults at the moment. (I kinda figured cults were easily makeable like guilds on Neopets)

When are cults accepted into the site? Is there a time frame? When the option to make a cult is available, how do you do it?

I'm not sure, but I think this might be because they are trying to change the cult system. But I'm really not sure and the best way to get an answer for this would be to submit a ticket and ask.

I have no specific answer for you on this. I know that the cult I belong to does most of its business in Chit-Chat. This time of year there are separate sub forum groups for advent calendar and reindeer games type of events, and these have their own threads too.
