Is the achievement retroactive that gains you this skin?

I think it was mentioned that it's not.

it also appears that it's pretty dang rare. I've bought 17 items since then and no luck. Others have bought the whole makeup lines and no luck.

You get the flameo skin when the red rreign has burned you 100 times, its not from buying anything. I think your mistaking it with the lace skin that you get from buying things from subeautique. mine was retroactive, I had some burns from last year, and they just carried on until I'd been burnt 100 times.

Impossible. I've been here for 5 years, got burned my ass off and mine weren't retroactive.

Maybe your right, I know I already had some burns from previous years, so I just kept burning stuff and checking how far away I was, until I finally got the achievement. Apologies if Im wrong :0)

Edit: According to Rasputina, the achievement is not retroactive.
