I found that movie to be one of the most boring films ever created lol! XD I can answer the last question right here - ONCE...and once too many XD

BAH! This movie made me all mushy every time we watched it, I love it! I also love sleep so I'll be taking the quiz in the morning, I don't wanna mess up one of the answers because my brain is nappin' ❤

YAY!! I love this movie so much! It is a "Three-pawkerchief" movie and wins my vote as the best christmas movie ever. We see it at least twice a year, the first time in July when it is so hot that we're longing for some winter, and the second time is on Christmas Day. Watched the Bells of St. Mary last night, White Christmas this evening...we watch a different Christmas movie every night just before Christmas. Also on the list is The Bishop's Wife, Christmas in Connecticut, Holiday Inn, and A Christmas Story.

Glad to have some Magic back too...Long Live the WS.

Question . I have been around for a long time so it's been too many times to count. I love this movie not just because it's a great movie but the life lesson behind it.

I had to look some things up but was able to remember quite a few of the answers, much to my surprise!

Oh my, this is one of those "required watching" holiday movies for me right up there with Miracle on 42nd street and White Christmas. I actually have three copies of it, one on Super-8 film (though my old projector's broke) one on VHS and one on DVD (I refuse to buy a Bluray).

A rather frazzled reindeer wearing a gingerbread man apron and carrying a small signboard cuts a rather sharp turn to avoid a barmaid carrying a tray of grog and toddies. She then sidesteps a sweet looking chipmunk giving out mugs of cocoa to the children surrounding a rotund squirrel wearing an elf hat and telling stories about Melody's journeys under a Luminaire tree.

Sorry, Ingrid! 'Cuse me, Geranium! the deer stammers and then hangs her signboard on a hook near the bar itself, where all can see:

Customers look up and applaud the feisty finishers.

(There were actually 17 points possible for this, including Clarence's Full Title and the actors who played the main characters as children.)

Fairies flitter and flutter all around, and a second signboard appears. One of the fairies, obviously chosen for her loud voice, calls out:

This is Luminaire, and it belongs to Melody! So we took every letter in Santa Claus' name out of these songs! Think you can still figure them out? HA! We dare you!

Sorry I missed the first Reindeer Game but this one is right up my chimney! Ho HO! Sent answers by smail. I'll try and catch more of these but I'm staying an extra week at mom's to take care of some things. I'll get on when I can.

Ingrid is awkwardly patting the shoulder of the sobbing reindeer waitress, which rather resembles a weeping child being comforted by the Terminator.

"There, there," Geranium says softly. "The whole purpose of this is to get everyone to play happily. You don't need a scoreboard. Just keep track of the players and work from there."

The reindeer sniffles. "But they won't let me fly yet because they say Francine isn't a good name for pulling the sleigh. My nose doesn't light up; I've got a bad name, and....and...I'm five pounds overweight." She gives another choking sob. "I really, really want to get this right!"

"Und you are getting it right. Yah, you do gut job. As Geranium says, you just keep track und I put up new puzzle with the Santas."

Ingrid hands Francine a tissue and shoots a look a look at the fluttering fairies. "Just try to stop this, und Hansel vill eat your wings. Understood?"

The fairies scatter, and Ingrid smiles as she tacks up the next puzzle board:

Reindeer Game 2: Who's the Character Playing Santa?

Francine looks up, blows her nose into the tissue and smiles. "It looks good. Now all they have to do is identify as many of the 30 characters as they can by midnight Subeta time on Dec. 14th. Oh thank you for being my friends, I think I can do this now!"

I totally missed the ping for round two :( Oh well, this round was way fun. Brought back some fond memories..., and one or two "WTF??!! when did they do a Christmas special?" moments.

I'll have to see if I can do these tomorrow. Wasn't really here today. Would like to know the name of the one that I had missed.
