I received a Loyalty Username Totem today but, no matter what I try changing my name to, I'm always redirected to a page that says 'Oh no! Your password did not match'. I know I'm not entering the wrong password, plus the usernames I've tried are open, so is the Loyalty Username Totem simply unusable by this point or is this an error?

you will need to create a new password for your account. Then it will work.
