So I didn't know where to post this, but I'm having issues with contacting Subeta. I first filled out a ticket but I was told to email support. And so I emailed support about a problem that I was having, but it's been several days with still no reply. I have emailed them before and had gotten a response back within an hour or two. How fast do they respond back nowadays?

To answer your question on the support thing.. I think they might be a tad busy with Lumi and christmas things in real life. But, in case you've thought of that already, there's not much else I can do for you. Sorry. |D
