Personally I'd prefer backgrounds with fireplaces in them, because I love the idea but it would be tricky to find backgrounds that they would work with, I think. Maybe a set of full backgrounds and a few that could work if you put a room together with the walls/flooring we have, so that the room you put together isn't so bland too

There also could be a foreground item based on Floo Powder, omg! It would put a frame/fireplace around the avatar and have a sheer colored flame (purple/white/blue/red/green) that comes in front of the avatar! Floo Powder Fireplace

Yes I agree, some more indoors ones would be nice, a lot of the outdoorsy ones are lovely of course, but indoors by the fire would be cool/hot lol.

This might be fun. I think they'd have to have some weird perspective to fit in our primarily vertical space. I'd prefer them to be part of a backdrop than a loose foreground item.

Silver Patterned Blue Rug is a beauty but, it is several years old and around 14 mil. It is also a seasonal thing. I would love to see a fireplace that was just that or yes those lovely magical ones!

I support this too. Fireplaces, on their own or in backgrounds, would add a nice touch.
