Can you lumi vend?If so where? What is gifting?

You can vend from the Lumi Present vending machine which you can find in cash shop and what do you mean what is gifting

You can "buy" ornament boxes from Melody's Cottage. For a donation of 2,000 you get a box. When you open it you get 1-4 ornaments.

when you gift to someones tree. What does that mean? do you give them a present to open on the 25th?

everyone has a tree on their profile (which you can decorate with ornaments) and when you click on it, you can leave a gift underneath and then on the 25th you can open the gifts

That's correct. Clicking on someones tree, you can give them an item (it will show up as a present under that person's tree), and on the 25th, all of our presents open up automatically, and you receive all of the gifts.
