So I've been engaging in the Mystery Melody, which is fun and stuff, but I just wish I knew whose MM I were so I could get them something off of their wishlists :c I know that would ruin the "mystery" aspect, but can't we just see someones wishlist? :cc

Obviously, displaying the name is ruining the game. Peharps we could have access to their WL without seeing a name? The categories could be erased as well.

Or maybe just like show a few randomly generated items from the wl? Just to show what they might be interested in? Like; oh, they have a polar bear minion on their WL! Maybe they like minions!...or polar bears! Or there will be a wearable, or something like that? Rather than us seeing the whole thing.. (exclude CWs of course)

I doubt we'll ever get a feature like this, since MM is all about mystery, but it sure would be handy.

That's a pretty smart idea! Just seeing a few random items from their wishlist could definitely help to give you an idea of what kind of things they like. (Also, gotta say, I love your HA! Great colors.)

i think 's idea is nifty! this would be super useful for people who prefer to give personalized gifts based on the other's wants. personally, i give generic, holiday-themed gifts (i.e. luminaire/fireside stickers, tree decorations, themed collectibles) simply because most people can use them or at least enjoy them. i think custom gifts would be better, though!!

I always get my items sent back to me whenever I try to use that feature. It sucks. 😜

But then there is no mystery at all about it. No getting items we may have wanted as they gave it to us that we didn't know we might want before. It would make me sad a little getting nothing new and just stuff I wanted, but thats just me. It would get boring fast.

But if you get examples of what they like you can decide from there, not get EXACTLY what they have on their wl. For example, if I see they have a minion on their WL and I dont have that at minion, but I have a nice one, I can send that along.

I'm not keen on this. I think it would create pressure to gift WL items. Plus, a few random examples aren't necessarily a good guide of what people would like. If you really want to give gifts people will like, then leave things under people's trees where you can match up WL and user. I think MM represents a different type of gifting - more about equal exchange but also about accepting and seeing value in things people give even if it's something you don't immediately want. Breaking any level of anonymity in the general set-up of it would spoil it.

It would be nice if everyone had the option to create an "MM Wishlist" in addition to their regular wishlist. This would be a list that your MM could see, and you could purposely add items to it that are easy to afford, or signify that you collect certain types of items by filling it with books/minions/etc.

I love how everyone is thinking along - special MM wishlists (for people who are afraid of pressure to buy expensive things - maybe just let things for MM wishlists go up to, well, 200.000 SP or something?) or just a few things to show what someone's into. For example, everything on my wishlist is wearable. So yes, I'd like me some wearables indeed.

I'd love to have SOME sort of idea what to send my MM. A few items off their WL being shown without their name would be really fantastic and make gifting so much better in my opinion. I see much happier users with the MM system.

Maybe instead of having it pull items from our WL, we could get like a really basic dropdown to list our favorite type of item or something?

Maybe we could have something like the little lists given when you get a secret santa. IE- You make a little card/list that say "I like...." Give 2 or 3 things that intereste you like wearables, minions, ect. and it is displayed for your mm and visa versa
