We have been experiencing a number of issues regarding the user shops lately.

We pushed live several updates:

• If the item amount = 0 (an illogical) then it is excluded from shop search results

• If the item amount = 0 (an illogical) then it is also excluded from Autopricer processing

• When you merge a shop, it will automatically restack your items. We posted a quick fix a bit ago where you'd need to manually restack when you merge shops, but we have automated the process now. We also strongly advise users that have merged shops together before to go to Edit Shop and hit "Restack Items" - this will cut down on a lot of noise in user shop/searches

Please let us know if there are any other related issues that we can look into it.

- Thank you for the update. Previously the restacking wasn't working for me but I think it has worked this time. I do however still have a zero quantity item.

wouldn't it make more sense for the autopricer to work on items marked as 0 so that people moving multiple new items don't have to hand price them and defeat the purpose. If We were able to price gallery items but have them as not saleable due to them being in a gallery, I feel that users could still have items priced on display for haggling and such. If people kept only items for sale in their shop, there would be no worry. Galleries could be for more complicated things like "make me an offer" items.

I found a shop where the item appears in shop search, but is both a shop and a gallery item and the items are not stacked. Can I give you the shop ID number and can you take a look at it? (I put in a ticket, AeriaLure said to ask you this.)

I realize this is not directly related to the organizing/merging of two shops but since it broke at the same time I am hoping for an answer :)

See there how you can not see your category! Is there plans somewhere to fix the size of the shop tables? The Image part really needs to go back to a small size, images are tine, you could fit like 5 images in that space. I would like to be able to see the category my items are in, it is a small thing but it annoys me :(

If there is a board out there I missed about this let me know! I looked at a few places and this was the only one I found pertaining to shops :)
