I've seen a lot of folks complaining about the red rreign's blessing, and I thought that maybe it could give the player a buff?

Some possibilities include:

• Higher chance of finding floating items
• Higher chance of being burned when burning the "wrong" items
• Skipping one growth stage in the Garden
• Lower wait time for some site features
• Automatic skill buff when starting a battle

Any other suggestions welcome!

I absolutely love this idea! Giving the blessing some utility would be great :)

I'm a fan of the idea of finding more floaters, but I'd love to see any sort of buff implemented here!

I would much prefer this to what we have going on now.

That's what I thought a kiss would do - give some kind of buff. I would really love if they made it happen next year!

This is a great idea. I don't know why we aren't already doing it. Floating items are hard to come by as it is. I'm not sure why they come about less than other events.

I think this is a great idea - I get so many blessings, it would be lovely to have it mean something beyond a mark on my avatar.

I'd love it if the blessing at least did something. It's infuriating getting so many and it essentially serving no purpose.

I just want them to get rid of the blessing entirely.

Since the bonfire is event-related, it'd be nicer if the buff was also event-related! Keith just removed the event where the rreign goes after your pets (to raise the chance he goes after you / make the Burned achievement attainable), so I fear increasing the odds again might make it too easy, given staff wants to keep skins somewhat hard to attain. So my vote goes for more floaters n_n

Or perhaps if you're blessed enough times there could be a skin for that as well? Probably would have to be at a higher number than the burns, however as staff said skins should be hard to achieve.

I also do really like the idea of some sort of buff, especially the more items one :)
