I saw on Subetalodge that there was an achievement for donating food to her. I cannot seem to find the achievement anywhere in my collectiony thing, and have no idea how close or far I may be from it D: Am I blind, or what?

You can use the search function and look up "Charitable" to find the achievement and see how far you are.

If you've donated 500 and the Fireside Shawl is not in your account, you can file a ticket to get the item. I don't know if its still glitched or not, but if you had donated 500 or more items already when they added the achievement, you probably didn't get the shawl.
