Hi! I haven't used Subeta in probably about a year, and I'm trying to get back into the swing of things. I don't know how to change my profile layout-- I picked a new one out from SubetaLodge but I can't figure out how to clear my old one. When I try to edit it, none of the buttons seem to do anything. Could someone give me very specific instructions on how to do this? Thanks!

How are you adding the profile, are you using the widget or have your copied and pasted in to the "edit profile" section on here? I can't tell by looking at your profile if you have the widget added or not. If you are using the widget then you could check here, http://www.subetalodge.org/css and then you can disable and enable the different profile you have saved to your widget. Does that do anything?

If you are not using the widget and you added the coding manually to your profile then you should go to the 'edit profile' link. You hover over "personal" at the top of the page and the edit link is near the bottom. From there you would find the section where you put the coding and delete it all, clicking update to save the deleting step, and either add the coding for the profile you want or add the profile rotation widget that SubetaLodge has.

Thanks for responding! I'm pretty sure I added the code manually whenever I did it. But I can't find the section where I inserted the coding. I can't move any of my sections around, and trying to add a new section also does nothing. I see one blank section up at the top of the screen, but it doesn't move and it isn't a text box that I can type in. It's just an empty dotted border. Oh geez... There's probably a column that's hidden off to the side? I know when I was trying to use the SubetaLodge profiles that I kept losing columns whilst trying to edit it. The strange box at the top could be the column with the comment box. That's kind of how it looked for me. Your profile code is probably in the third column and I wouldn't know how to get to it.

There used to be a link, something like, "Reset v2 Profile" but I can't find it anywhere.

I think that at this point your best bet would be to file a ticket and make someone can reset your profile for you.
