The description of seems to imply you can zap more often so that seems clear enough.

The is quite well described too, but if I buy it now during the sale, can I use it next year or does the item change from year to year?

The attracts more minions, how? Is it for use in the Pumpkin Patch? Can I buy it now and use it next year?

The Monocle and Minion Nip can both be bought now and used for next year, so it's a great idea to plan ahead and buy them now if you're interested and you can. The Minion Nip you just wear on your HA and it's supposed to increase the odds of finding minions and Jaxon's minion from the Pumpkin Patch.

The Zapper Version 2 Liability Waiver is also an item for Morostide, so it reduces your wait time to use the human zapper to nothing, but it's a one use item. So don't buy it as it doesn't provide any sort of account buff.

And the Molten Summoning Tome unlockes a permanent challenger in the battle coliseum that subsequently unlocks an additional two challengers after 70 wins to the first one and another 70 to the second one, I think. If you're into battling it's a worthwhile purchase because this is one of the challengers that drops the elusive

the monocle is an item, so you can use it every year. it gives you a better chance to get items while doing trick or treat on morostide. the minion nip gives you a better chance to get minions on the pumpkin patch during morostide. and yes, as the monocle, you can use it every year. the summoning tome is used to get the Forj Matriarch opponent at the battle coliseum. once you unlock her, the tome will disappear and you'll have her as an opponent forever.

i can't remember exactly what the zapper item does, but hope that helped with the other items :'D
