Yes, when the Black Friday Sale will start you can buy it for less in the Cash Shop :)

The prices of user can drop too but I think they won't sell it until the sale would be over. Otherwise they make quite a big lost if they would sell it now. But you never know unless you try it :) Maybe you end up being lucky to get one!

the price of csc goes up during black friday, almost enough to balance out the drop in prices when considering the sp to csc ratios. You could buy it for a bit cheaper, I'm sure but not by much. Waiting to find someone trying to do a quick sale any time of eyar will definitely get you the cheapest price, but also takes a lot of patience.
