I am wondering if there is a page I can go to, to browse the shops I have followed? I have looked everywhere...except where it is I guess haha

If you click on the cash shop tab, then custom wearables, you can see your followed shops there :)

Thank you so much! I didn't realize that the shop Subeta had became replaced with the users CW shops!
