I got a reconstruction surgery for my ankle on July 30th and now I am almost well recovered. I have been thinking about this ever since that happened and I think that now that I am almost all good to walk and put weight on my ankle, I want to start already! I know it is finals and I know I have a bunch of stuff to do but I think that this is going to help me improve my mood, my self esteem, my feeding habits and many other aspects of my personal and social life.
Someone recommended me to start up with this page and I think it's a good one to start off!!
I would love to hear about your experiences, people! Like if you've ever tried, you almost tried it, how did it go, why didn't it end well. I want to know everything and any and all the tips are super welcome.
