I'd put a bit of oil/butter in the skillet, add the corn, beans (or mixed veggies), tomato juice and mix it together. Then some spices or chicken broth and let it cook a little. Then I'd take it out and forget it to cook the chicken in small pieces in the same skillet and mix everything once the chicken is done.
OR
You could do everything from ^ but in the crock-pot.
so basically chicken with veggies soup.
added 1 more thing that I found in my cabinet to my 1st post. I got so many cans it takes me a bit to go through them..

I've never used a crock-pot but I searched "crock-pot chicken pot pie" and found these recipes on the first page: Crockpot Chicken Pot Pie - Eating on a Dime Crock Pot Chicken Pot Pie - Recipes That Crock! Slow Cooker Chicken Pot Pie recipe - from Tablespoon!

since I would be using canned veggies..I wonder if that will affect the cooking time?Sounds like I throw veggies(drained im guessing)in the crock-pot with cream of chicken.Wonder if I cook my chicken in skillet then shred, chop(whatever I end up doing)and add it to the crock-pot mix if it will cut down on cooking time..
