is there a faster way to remove items from a gallery?? like a quick stock?

I do not believe there is a quick stock for removing the items from your shop. I think you'll either have to go one by one clicking "remove all" or you can select each item and once you get to the bottom click the button to process the removal.

i want to empty my gallery... but i got 100's of items in there ...

Nope, no easy way. It has been suggested many times over the years and always been rejected.
