Just a heads up, when you quote something with a ping group, make sure you put a space between the # and the group name. Like # wtf. Otherwise you just keep pinging the group again. This group is pretty laid back, but stuff like that can get you removed from other groups.

Worst part is she's saying he's innocent but his long standing history shows a criminal life style... Sure at this specific murder he might not have held a weapon or pulled a trigger, however he WAS a mastermind in pulling the crime off and that is all it takes. He's also said if he got out into public again he'd try to hurt people again.

Yeah I think prison is a good place for him. I have a fascination with studying criminals and yeah he's one who NEEDS to stay inside those bars. Plus if he wasn't keen on the marriage at all why agree to it? He's going to manipulate her to do things for him you just watch. He sees a chance to have his real evil out in the world again and that's all this is to him. If his designated officiate for this is smart they'll lose the paperwork or find fault with his behavior with other inmates or something that will not allow it.

Also WTF someone who is KNOWN to hurt people and would again is able to have a spouse, but yet people who are super kind can't because the other person is the same gender?

personally i think he should be able to marry someone despite having such a ridiculous criminal record. like. i dont care. he can marry someone if he wants. it's beyond well known that he's violent. his fiancee is aware of the risks and chooses to ignore them. I do agree with the people disgusted that a serial killer can get married but not same sex people. That's....ridiculous. Beyond ridiculous. They were talking about it on the radio this morning and they said he isn't allowed conjugal visits... so they would never be able to consummate.. this may vary state to state but doesn't a never-consummated marriage mean ... oh wait wait " marriage, when otherwise legal, is complete without this;" still I think when both parties say they never consummated the marriage it can maybe be annulled? I'm way out of my league.
