Perhaps I misunderstood the idea of claiming skins. If you have had a skin in the past, are you able to claim them, or is it simply the skins you currently are wearing, left over from the most recent holiday or last zombie event?

For example, in the past, I've worn "Blu", "Butterfly Bruise", and "Nacht". However, when I try to claim anything, it says I have nothing I can claim.

you can only "claim" the skins you currently have. Nothing from the past is able to be redeemed. Have to get them all over again at some point in the future, though some of them probably won't be available again.

Ah, ok, thanks That was what I was afraid of. Grand. Well, I really shouldn't complain - the team has been doing quite a lot for everyone, so the fact that some folks who have been holding on to their skins for quite a long time, unwilling to give them up, will finally get the chance to try new looks, but still get to keep their skins thanks to this new feature, is still pretty swell.

Who knows. Maybe some of the older things will make a reappearance in the future as "new" zapper skins.

One thing I have learned in my many years here is that "never" does not mean NEVER. Things often change, just wait for it. ;)
