I...never even knew this was a feature. o.o I was going to go about it the hard way - finding a post that someone pinged me to, copy the post number from a post I made and switch the numbers around. I accidentally clicked on my post number and a pop-up box with THIS came up:

I think this is an older feature. I've been aware of it for a while now, used it even before the forums were revamped I think. But nevertheless it's a very handy feature, and I'm grateful for it when I'm trying to point out specific posts to people.
