I referred a friend to the site, and it states that she did list me as a reference, but hasn't "completed" the process because she needs to adopt a pet, and have at least 10,000 on her account. When I spoke to her, she assured me that she has indeed done both those things, but I still don't have her registered as being referred, nor do I have my point...is there something else needed? Did I miss a step somewhere?

those are just two things of a small list. has she red items from main shops? played games? explored the map?

if she's done all of these then file a ticket and have staff look into it
