Ok so this just occurred to me. How about if it WAITS to say interested was collected until you ACTUALLY hit the button?

For over a day I had NO sp in my vault. I went broke spending it to make a t6 weapon and barely had enough for quests until I sold the last of my csc for near 10mill sp. Ok so like most any other user I put it into the bank and upon hitting the deposit button I see it says this: Interest Per Day: 822 Already collected interest today

Only I never hit the collect interest button and my vault is still sitting at an even 10mill NOT 10,000,822 as it would be if I had actually gotten the interest.

So can we have this thing of auto paying interest either ACTUALLY pay us or wait to say it was collected until we hit the button?

I might be misunderstanding what you are suggesting, but if you put money in the bank before collecting interest it changes so that people can't send money to each other to generate tons of interest.

it claims when I deposited my EVEN 10mill I got the "interest" off of it but I never hit the button to take it. The page loaded after I hit submit for my deposit. I still have 10mill even NO INTEREST

So what I'm suggesting is they make it so we either have to hit that button BEFORE it says we got our interest, or for the auto pay to actually pay us. If anything people are getting JIPPED their sp interest rather than making too much, also it'd still be once a day we could get interest. So people would get to pick when they actually draw it out.

Or they just make it so at site reset time people get interest based on the sp in vault at midnight, but that one would most likely make people mad due to them not getting the most interest they might be able to get later after collecting shop sales or something.

Oh, I'm pretty sure it's not trying to say thatcyou actually collected it, I think that is just the default response. It would be nice if it said something else like "Sorry, you withdrew or deposited money, interest can be collected tomorrow."

You can get interest anytime during the day, it just has to be before you withdraw/deposit sP into the Vault.

Considering that interest is literally just sP generated by the site, I don't think that they will consider the idea of auto interest.

It's not an auto-pay that doesn't work or anything like that. The message always says you've already collected your interest when it's unavailable, whether you actually did or not (that is something that should maybe be changed).

The problem is that you have to collect your interest before depositing any sP for the day, after you make a deposit the interest is unavailable. So nothing is actually broken for you, since you didn't collect anything before making a deposit.

But here's the thing I started with 0 sp in vault, input my 10mill deposit hit submit then it says I "collected interest already". So how is it in this instance of going from 0 to 10mill that I could have gotten interest at all? Or what about people who put sp in all day and would opt to take the interest off their end of day VS when they say withdraw 10k or deposit a few mill and have it auto take out the interest simply because they made a bank transaction?

They need to fix this even if just a bit like how suggested that once you've gotten the interest, it tells you you can't collect again until the next day.

What you had in the bank to begin with is irrelevant. Because you had 0 sP, your interest would also be 0. But whether you had 0 sP or 100,000,000 sP in the vault, if you make a deposit first, you will not be able to collect your interest afterwards, it will be lost. There is no feature to automatically give you the interest when you make a transaction, if you want to get it you have to click the button.

If it says that your interest was already collected, it means one of two things: Either 1) You clicked the button and collected your interest for the day or 2) You withdrew/deposited sP from/into the vault, and you lost out on the interest for that day.

What was saying is that the message should say something different depending on if you collected your interest, or lost it because you made a transaction. That would be super nice, but there's nothing currently to fix, other than the unclear message.

Well that's what's messed up. I either collect before I do anything with my sp or lose my interest? that's really not fair to lose out on earned interest because you deposit into the vault before you grabbed your sp interest. You should be able to grab it when you want to no matter if you take 10k out 20 times or deposit 1 sp a million times. The depositing or removal of sp shouldn't have to mess up the option to get your interest.

After all a RL bank wouldn't do this to you: "ok that's $50 deposited into your savings, but because you made a deposit before you opted to collect on your interest for the month you now lose $100 dollars for this month"

already explained why it works like that, it's sP generated by the site. If you could deposit first, people can send each other massive amounts of sP and generate huge amounts of interest

People were pooling their billions together and getting MILLIONS in interest between them each day. I don't think it should be changed back. 10 million is a measly amount of interest. If you're that upset about the lost profit of 822 sP set up a trade and I will happily give it to you just so you shut up and go away.

In regards to the 'but a real bank....' statement, in a real bank the bank benefits from having your money. Here the site gets no benefit from it, so I think the question is why do we even get interest in the first place?
