Defeating Mad Miscalculation in battle is not increasing the achievement count. If you have defeated him 10 times you can file a ticket to have a UA award this to you.

Honestly not sure! This was originally reported somewhere else I believe so I moved it to it's own board. Based on no recent complaints I'm going to guess it's been fixed up.
