Is there a way to buy points?
I see Vintage EPICon cards in the user shop but those items can be bought in the EPICon shops so I'm unsure?
the vintage cards are for buying 2010 items only. you redeem them like csc cards. theres nothing like that for the 2013 shop, you have to buy items from other users.

The ONLY way to have earned these points is to have taken part in the RS battles at those times. As a result the cards are the only way to get points to these shops right now if you spent all of yours or weren't able to take part in those RS wars
FINALLY GOT THE 15K WARDROBE DONE!!!!! Next up gutting and selling it.
At one point the older epicon points cards were sold in the millionaire center.
Though based on its track record, it's seems that there might be an epicon next summer. Who knows? They might allow some conversion to older points or recycle older items.
