quests are everywhere, just look around. To find the Wizard, go to Sacred Lands, and click on the towers/buildings in the lower right corner. From this quest, you can link to the others via the See Other Quests Button. If you want to know where the other quests physically are on the map, you can try the Subeta Wikia.

You can also add the quests widget to your dashboard. This will list the questors, link to them and track how many of your daily allowance you've done.

Personal->user dashboard->widgets

Under the Add Widgets section, look for Quests, then click the add link.
