So I'm scheduled to take my driver's license test tomorrow and I'm really nervous :<
I'm 25 and haven't been able to learn to drive sooner because I used to get panic attacks and I didn't feel like I could drive safely. That's gotten better enough, but I still don't know how to stay positive and not freak out tomorrow morning.
I've practiced, but I don't know if I did enough or if I'm just going to forget everything and panic while driving with the examiner... I also hope they're not mean; I have a hard time dealing when someone is critical of me.
Do any of you have any advice?
Sorry for such a whiny post. I just can't talk with a lot of irl friends about it because I feel so stupid and embarrassed that I can't drive yet and it seems like it's not a problem for any of my friends since they all got theirs like ten years ago.
Thanks for reading this c:

I am wishing you the best of luck and sending hugs. Don't worry about your age, my mom didn't learn to drive until she was in her 40s.
Good luck and remember to breathe. :)
RIP Mom, I love & miss you more than you know. Tell Dede hi.
Ocean Conservation Namibia on YouTube... they do good work! https://www.ocnamibia.org
I have my driver's license but haven't driven since getting it (I have poor depth perception and reaction time).
But as long as you go in the vehicle you learned with you should be fine. It also helps if it's small.
If it can help to boost your ego, my mom is nearly 55 and she failed the written test twice so far. I never owned a car and I'm not sure if I want one tbh.
Thanks so much for your support! I did pass, barely :) I know i still have more learning to do for situations that I'm not comfortable with, but I'm so relieved I finally have my license and can get myself to work without being a burden on my fiance and family. Thank you all again for your help!
