Can I find a list of my old pings?

don't think there is. You can go to your User Profile and look at your Recent Posts and a quick search on "@" or "#" on that page will help you find them.

If you're interested in the pings you've received, as opposed to the pings you've sent, you can look up your Ping history, but it doesn't list group pings, just the ones you got personally. Its on the menu, interact->forums->ping history.
