The last one I know of that was for sale I offered 300m on and got rejected >.< that was dec 2012 ish I think :/

if it helps, i bought mine for around 325m like 2 years ago.

I got two when the restocked in the crystal shop last (not this past summer but the one before) summer. I asked for 400M for one and got it almost immediately, no haggling.

400m at least... It's something it's just a staple in any battleset. I feel it will increase in price as more people keep hitting tier 9. Hopefully they release more.
