Not really sure what you're asking. yes, lag/downtime is normal for any and every event on this website.

Overall its been pretty good this year. There have only been a few peak times that its been really bad.

Pretty sure lag and downtime and errors are just normal site things that happen every holiday. Suffer through it like the rest of us. Apart from a few times when the lag has hit really hard, it's been pretty good this year I think.

It's not considered good, that's just how the site is during major traffic. There's over 1700 users online right now and there's only so many servers. Everyone is refreshing right now to get tot/patch items. That's why there's lag, downtime, and errors.

Unfortunately, given the server load, it's very normal. It's bad but... Subeta always lags with the more popular events though we were supposed to keep getting servers online.
