I've gotten three now. I "redeemed" two of them and got nothing. The third I'm saving until I know what I'm doing wrong. How do these invitations work??

If you redeemed them they will be in your Other Currencies in the vault. You need one to view the stock in the Subeautique, and one is used up for each item you buy, including the new makeup section.
