Been a crappy year.Couldn't pay electric bill so it got shut off(I never got a disconnect notice) I lost all my food cause it went bad.I had stuff stolen out of my car.Phone was also shut off cause I couldn't pay it.They where charging me for a phone I couldn't even use!It was messed up I couldn't even receive calls!It was messed up since JUNE!Lighting hit something and box had to be replaced.They still charged me for services I couldn't use!

The economy sucks.The system is just as bad.I tried getting helped I got turned down but a known drug dealer got help.The drug dealer is also a prostitute and they still helped her but not a person with no criminal record.Ive seen this a lot criminals get help and non criminals get nothing.

The system SUCKS! I can't get food stamps but the criminal/prostitute can get food stamps and turns in she has her kids.Those kids she has no custody of and they got pulled from her when she raided for drugs.

All this has been turned in but nothing has been done cause she friends with the cops and got people covering her butt.

WE NEED A BETTER SYSTEM!

I'm sorry you're having such a tough time. It really is difficult to be a young adult these days. I have a lot of these same feelings that you do about our government welfare systems, especially how some people seem to just have kids for the benefits.

I don't want this to sound offensive but rather as a constructive criticism; is it possible some of your problems are caused by a lack of organization or advocating on your part? It's illegal to shut off electricity without notice in most states, are you sure you didn't just give them incorrect contact information? As for your phone, you may have notified them that your phone wasn't working, but did you go in person to try to get the matter handled in writing? You shouldn't have to work so hard to get good service, but unfortunately that's the reality.

Transitioning into an adult isn't easy, especially if you don't have great role models growing up. Or maybe you're like me and your parents handled all your problems, so you're having to go through expensive trials and errors to learn how to do it all on your own.

The main office for the phone is 5 towns away.My town has a smaller branch of it and really doesn't do anything but send techs out to check stuff.Even the tech that found the box had been hit said I should get a big discount.

Ive tried churches and other places that supposedly give help.One place even asked me to sign my bank account over to them and sign a contract!Contract said no outside help was aloud including food stamps.Its like they want to run your life make you sit there and ask permission to but a 50 cent soda.Yes you can't buy anything without there permission or pay any bills without there permission if you sign that paper.

Maybe you should try the contract thing. That extreme discipline might be what you need. They could worry about your finances and you could pay attention to your own needs for a while, since it sounds like they get put aside a lot.

NO!Im on disabled and can't work do to health reasons.They would take my disability from me.It states no help at all except from them.Its like a cult.A lot of people stopped going there cause they gossip about everyone and stare in peoples yards.It's like a church of old gossip hens.They even had the nerve to yell and wright hateful letters to some of there members.Telling them they are trash and shouldn't wear pants or paint there nails or cut there hair.

Ahh okay. If you're being denied food stamps even though you're on disability then it sounds like you need to be talking to a social worker to help make your case. Clearly there is misinformation somewhere and you're going to need help fixing it.

im also denied by legal aide..the system is really messed up.Ive got people coming on my yard opening gates and cops won't even come out to my house anymore!House across from me was robbed and the one next me was robbed.cops are a joke in my town.If you see a cow or horse on the road don't bother calling it in.Cops don't do anything.Got a drunk in your yard banging on your door threaten on the phone that if the cops don't come out and deal with it you will deal with it yourself then cops run to you.Cause they think you shot the drunk.cops in this town are a JOKE!

nope they all drug and dope heads.

I think you need to try talking to a social worker then if you're not making enough money to support yourself.

found out legal aide had a screw up in there system.SO they let me appeal there decision.Talked to a lawyer and he said they shouldn't have turned me down.Got a lawyer on my butt.I was in hospital the day of court and couldn't show up so the other lawyer slapped a judgment on me for failing to show up!I called the court and they popped off for me to get a lawyer cause judge made his decision!This illegal what they have done!Even the lawyer's ive talked to said it was illegal what they did.

So yea my town and the system SUCKS!

Well I'm glad they found out what happened. When will the appeal be processed?

not sure.Just cause I appealed it doesn't mean I get approved.Ive got less than 30 days to get this judgment took care of and take the lawyer who slapped it on me to court.

I wish you luck with that. I unfortunately have no legal knowledge so I can't advise you much on any of it.

You could try calling the fraud offices in a bigger city. If you give them her full name and where to find her, they might be able to do something.

bad thing is she friends with local cops.They tell her when she will be raided and when to stay gone.She also sits with a knife in her hands..houses are magically being burnt down..this chick is a rat that will blame everything on people she wants took out.She has been in jail and is back running her little business.

She even threw her kid over a bed rail.A public place seen her bust her kid in the head.So far no one has been able to do anything about her.Cause she giving cops info to get off the hook.

She even sets people up to take the fall for things she has done.

It's people like her who are abusing the system.

And that's why you should call a bigger city's fraud agency.

This chick has been in so many towns..Im not sure which cops are safe and which ones are on her side..I tried talking to one and the officer started yelling and mouthing me..This town is full of bad cops.
