Wizard Exchange and Voucher Qs

I just want to know where I can have my sP exchanged for Vouchers and my Wizard Tokens exchanged for smaller denominations. Please give me a walkthrough, thanks.

The voucher exchange is here but they only go up to 10k so they're not super useful.
To exchange Wizard Tokens, you have to put them all into your currencies and then type in the amount you want to take out. So if you want them all in 10-point tokens you have to type in 10 and refresh the page or go back and do it again until you have the number of tokens you want. If you want 1- and 2-point tokens, you could type in a 3 (or do 4 for two 2-point tokens) but there's no faster way
