I haven't been on in a few months but I just noticed I didn't get a loyalty box for my 7th year. Do they not exist anymore? Thank you!

Have you visited your User Dashboard page? You need to do that to activate the achievement connected to the Loyalty Box.

Chances are you are not exactly seven years old yet and it does need to be exact. The counter for that thing has 28 day months or something, but really does need you to be 365 days older, to the minute. If you're certain that you are that old you should file a Ticket in Help. There was a glitch that they say they fixed a few months ago but maybe it applies to you.

7 years and 2 months. There was a glitch but it was handled as soon as I filed a ticket. I just wasn't sure if they got rid of them at first. Thanks!
