When you get a raffle ticket from posting on the forums you get a clickable link that takes you to your inventory. I think it would be better if the link sent you to the forum shop. That way you can redeem your ticket right away. How it is now you have to navigate back to the forum home page and access the shop from there. :) Just thought it would be a handy little way to help! :)

There's a link in the item description, but I don't get why the event itself doesn't take you directly to the forum shop. It would be much less confusing and requires one less step.

I'd still be able to sell my raffle tickets/shop points, so I think they're fine as an item. Being able to redeem them from our inventory is the only change I'd make, really. /shrug

I don't sell mine, but many people do. I would like it to be like other items with a "Use Item" when you click on it. We can get to the forum shop through the vault options, so I don't see the need to go to the forum shop every time we redeem one.

I wanted to say that I like the ticket because I use it as a TC item, if it wasn't for that I probably wouldn't mind the just you earned a point thing. I'm sure I'm not the only one that uses them for this purpose.

I don't know what your plan would be for the ticket itself, if you planned to do this conversion. Perhaps if it was re-purposed, or we were given time to redeem what we have before they just turn into points. The un-redeemed come the cut off date just become non use items maybe idk. Even this I'm not 100% on because I don't know how many I may want to use in TC in the future, meaning how likely I might be to turn mine in. I'm sure they would become scarce and valuable or maybe not. Maybe have them become a reward from some future event like pumpkins but for a carnival type event. That doesn't eliminate them as a currency though which I'm guessing is the goal.

How about the point being automatic and in the shop you put a raffle ticket for 1 point? So if you want the item for TC/gallery/selling/gifting you can just go buy as many as you want, but otherwise the point earning process cuts the item out of the picture?

(Personally I hoard mine, and I've bought more than a handful too, because I know sooner or later there's going to be 50 books in there and I'll cry myself to sleep.. so while I don't sell them, I do enjoy having the option to buy them) (on that note, I kinda wish a lot of currency worked like this but that's a horse of another color lol)
