Can I block people and what would the blocking do? When I do quests, whenever I buy from someone's shop they then comment on my profile asking me to buy from their other shop. I do not like it at all. For the last 3 months I've just been deleting the comments and ignoring them but it's just getting to be annoying.

Would a block just be for the forums or sMail? If I were to block them could they still comment on my profile? Would their shops and trades and the like still show up when I am searching?

I think they can still buy from you or bid on trades but they won't be able to comment, sMail or even see your boards. And if they try and contact you through trades they can get in a lot of trouble.

Where is the block button? How do I block them?

Not only are you well in your rights to block this user, but please feel free to create a ticket reporting them as well. Under Subeta's rules that pertain to the entire site it's not allowed. You can also view the other rules here.

You also ask how to block a person and I do it by going to the "Friends" link under the "Interact" tab. From there there is a "block list" where you can import their username. And you should still be able to buy from their shop, but when they try and access your profile, comments, recent posts/topics, they should get an image that looks like this. One note, though, this prevents you from seeing the user you've blocked, they can still view any of your topics or posts if they happen to come across them in the forums, but you won't see their posts anymore.
