• Removed the shady AJAX from the pages. The things that made it "automatically" load the content was based on a REALLY old spec and was causing problems. In the near future I'll hook it up to our routes system (how newer pages on the site work) that will do the same thing.
• You can now add CSC to an offer. Hopefully this cuts down on the amount of CSC cards that are traded around / needing to be redeemed.

Now that there is a lovely little add on <3 No more 4x 100 cards and a 500 woot!
