Been here in subeta for 6 years. But I did not receive a loyalty box this year (waited for over a week). As I was checking on my achievements page, I noticed that I also did not get the longtime member achievement for my 5th and 6th year. Anything I can or should do? :(

You need to visit your user dashboard, then it should activate the achievement and give you the loyalty box.
