It's taken 4 1/2 years, a dozen character revamps and scraps; one hiatus; saving and saving and saving, then spending and spending and spending my sP; a username change; and simultaneously earning my bachelor's degree in the middle of it all BUT:

As of today, all of my pets are not only finished, but have also won the Pet Spotlight.

Every single one of my silly, little buggers.

I'm caught somewhere between relief and absolute disbelief. I mean, good grief and holy moly.

And as tremendously cheesy as it is, I can say this entire process has been so lovely, because I've not only been able to share my work with total strangers, but these total strangers have filled my sails with such encouragement and support. I have felt so loved, and that my little critters are loved, too.

I just wanted to reach out and thank everyone who's ever taken the time to read my stories and even share their kind thoughts on them. This has all been so welcome, because it has helped lift my spirits when I've needed it most.

It's only been one day, but I'm back to having a pet to work on! I can't say everyone is done, anymore, but I'm happy for it - I was already getting stir-crazy! (;
