okay I give up. I've looked and looked and I can't find the place to change my signature anymore! It's no where! I even changed the site layout back to the default! I have no custom css or anything like that. When I look at the user preferences, there isn't an option to change forum settings!

it's not there, its Options at the top of every Forum page.

On the forums main page, theres an "option" button/tab at the top. theres where all the stuff is.

Feel kind of stupid and apparently I really don't pay attention! Thank you both for pointing it out to me! I shall be forever grateful!
