I've been saving them up to get those lovely stones that cost 25 tickets...and I've been stuck at 24 for about 20 posts now. Was the frequency turned down?! I'm so anxious to get !! Seriously though, was the frequency changed back to what it was before?

It wasn't turned down, you're probably just having a dry spell. I got 4 between the past two days.
