I searched through and didn't see a post about this anywhere, so I guess it's fair game.

Why in the Hades is the wait time for Trick or Treating so high? 20 minutes? Bar yesterday, where my wait time was never more than 5 minutes, I have not waited less than 18 minutes to trick or treat at someone's "house," so to speak. What's the deal? I have no desire to spent 2-3 hours on Subeta just to get 2 ToT in per hour. Not a happy Subetan right here. :/

Because the 5 minutes wait time was compensation for the time lost, due to the DDoS attacks on friday.

If you don't want to wait, come back on the 31st, where the wait time for both the patch and toting is minimal.

Which is my point to Sopheroo.... I work and go to school full time, my week days on here are limited, at best. I can't just pop in when ever I want, but I DO WANT to enjoy Subeta's Morostide.

That person know what you meant. And while I get your point, I have to stand with their opinion. Subeta cannot please everyone. If you need a lot of ToT items, try my trading thread in the Morostide forum (useful, I promise).

At least, pumpkin patch average time isn't 2.5 hours this year

Seriously, if the wait really bothers you, the only solution is to be on the 31st. there will be more tot items released in the meantime because there are always two batches of things anyway. Which is why I'm not really bothering right now. I'm waiting until all is released. More exciting that way

It's kind of irritating, I'll agree. If you're trick or treating for real you don't wait 20 minutes between houses. >> Mind you, real trick or treating is a matter of hours, not days. But it's probably so the servers don't get overloaded... as annoying as it is (especially if I forget to set the alert), I'd rather wait a bit than have the site lag to hell. And we do still get the occasional buff that reduces the wait time.
