Can it be improved for those not "in the know" or those that don't look at the time that much ....so it tells me exactly what that means? Possibly "you can do so and so every 5 minutes for 15 or 20 minutes"?

For all I know it comes and goes randomly and I have no idea why it comes, why it goes or how long it stays. It is not only trick or treating but I have received a "fast pass" for other things that I didn't even know I had until it was taken away.

This is how I feel too. I never notice until it's expired and since I'm on the move a lot and using my phone, if I knew I had a temporary fast pass, I'd refresh more often obviously.
