I haven't got any event with the fast pass, and yet I was able to ToT with less than 5 minutes waits. I thought I just miss the alerts, but it has been going to over an hour now. Last night too! I'm taking a break from it now.

Is it normal? I just miss the alert, or any one else found in this situation?

There were some issues with the site yesterday and they lowered the ToTing time as a 'thank you for your patience' type thing. 😊 The lowered times should stop sometime today, but it's definitely not a glitch.
