Have a 5-10% chance to get morostide rsables from quests! n I quest regularly , i try to rs but the item distribution is way to wide and vending is a chore. Some items like stickers dont even vend.

I don't see as big a need for this as say Keelhaul and Carl, but I wouldn't be mad if Quentin had a small chance.

With restocks spread out in many shops I would think it would be easier to restock/vend?

You can already get them via quests, you just don't get such high chances.

i agree that it would be a nice idea to have a higher chance of getting morostide items from quentin.
